Mission:
After 10 years of exploration by different companies, the local communities refuse the process of environmental and social impact study. The client wished to understand the ins and outs of this situation and to identify the mechanisms in order to resolve the crisis.
Results:
After a thorough qualitative study on the stakeholders and on the situation characteristics, Insuco provided the client with a report containing a precise description of the context and a crisis exit strategy.
