Mission:

Insuco executed a multi-phased mission starting with a detailed Environmental and Social Due Diligence (ESDD) to identify critical gaps in relation to IFC and GRI standards. Following the diagnosis, we transitioned into regional ESG management, providing continuous technical accompaniment to AUNA’s sustainability team. Our experts performed a deep-dive materiality analysis for 2023, identifying priority risks and impacts while defining a comprehensive scorecard of KPIs and goals. We facilitated the alignment between various corporate areas to ensure the effective implementation of the Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP)
