Mission:

Insuco’s service is structured around the following components:

National Coordination of the MUS Technical Assistance Programme: Providing technical support, managing the consultant team and monitoring compliance with the work plan.
Capacity building in Sustainable Urban Mobility (SUM): specialised training, workshops with GADs, technical guides and programme positioning, aimed at the Development Bank of Ecuador B.P. and the Municipal GAD of Cuenca.
Environmental and Social Monitoring and Management Systems (SGAS): design of the MRV system for SUM financing, strengthening and digitisation of the SGAS, aligned with multilateral standards (KfW).
Implementation and specialised technical assistance: national coordination of expert support, support in the application of safeguards and technical closure of the consultancy.
