Budget estimation of the future RAP
Client : Setrag (Eramet Group)
Mission:
On the basis of an exhaustive census of the people impacted by the project and an assessment of their assets, identify the provisional cost of all the components of a RAP for the Transgabonais, as part of the overhaul of the railway line (650km).
Results:
The client received all the detailed budget elements, a justification of all costs, legal review, price matrix, eligibility matrix, a list of all people affected by the project and a set of maps with all affected assets plotted.
