Baseline study for the design of a multi-stakeholder dialogue mechanism focused on the territorial development of regions with mining activity, in the province of Chumbivilcas - Peru

Mission:
The mission consisted of developing a baseline study containing detailed information on the social, economic and environmental conditions in the province of Chumbivilcas (Cusco), allowing the design of multi-stakeholder dialogue spaces to improve governance and mitigate the impacts associated with mining activities.
Results:
The following deliverables were given to the client:
- Situational diagnosis of the province of Chumbivilcas.
- Identification and evaluation of regional planning tools.
- Identification of risks and mitigation measures.
- Mapping of actors and dialogue processes.
- Proposal for the design of multi-stakeholder dialogue spaces and recommendations for their implementation.
