Mission:
The mission consisted of carrying out a gap analysis of the previous environmental and social impact assessment carried out for the MPANDA HPP project, in relation to international norms and standards, those of the IFC in particular, and then drafting the terms of reference for an upgrade of this study and additional socio-economic surveys. Insuco worked only on the socio-economic part of the study.
