Community development
We assist our clients in the development of strategies and operational mechanisms for community development.
We implement studies to produce a detailed knowledge of the local context – analysis of the socio-economic context and the vulnerability of populations, cultural heritage, governance and power organisation within the community, etc. – to guide the development programmes envisaged.
We build methodologies permitting us to put communities and the different stakeholders at the centre of the process, in order to build together in a participatory manner relevant projects and mechanisms, adapted to local needs, perceptions and representations, as well as on-site capacities, sustainability criteria for the processes involved.
Our sectors of intervention
We work for many sectors to manage social issues and understand local contexts. For 13 years, almost 300 organisations have placed their trust in us.
