Mariem Dkhil, Director of Insuco North Africa, and Pascal Rey, CEO, participated in the World Power-to-X Summit 2025 in Marrakech, where they shared our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) expertise.
Upon the invitation of the Moroccan Ministry of Energy Transition, Mariem Dkhil, Director of Insuco’s North Africa office, delivered a presentation on 1 October at the international summit. Her intervention focused on the practical application of ESG principles in the African mining sector.
Mariem shared our field experience concerning the operational implementation of environmental and social standards. She highlighted potential levers for mining companies to adopt and integrate these norms effectively.
This contribution was part of a broader discussion that underscored the transformative role of sustainable certification in shaping the future of the African continent. Promoting and implementing E&S standards to foster integrated and sustainable territorial development remains a central priority for Insuco.
