Consolidation of governance in the territory through data management, dialogue mechanisms and leadership training, in the framework of the Fruta del Norte mining project
Mission:
The mission is to empower spaces for dialogue, so that they become multi-stakeholder spaces for development and transformation in the territory of Los Encuentros, a parish with a presence of large-scale mining industry in the Ecuadorian Amazon, where a multi-stakeholder dialogue process has been institutionalised since 2016. Insuco achieved this objective through three axes that seek to consolidate the success factors of the dialogue in the territory. Firstly, strengthening the dialogue platform as a practice to be developed in a context of territorial transformations. Secondly, to train local leadership and positive voices in soft skills, territorial approach to development and governance, communication and global agendas. Thirdly, to contribute, with empirical evidence and indicators, to agile learning processes and dialogue outcomes.
Results:
Insuco will deliver the following outputs:
- Post-roundtable report
- Revised dialogue regulations
- Annual Communication Plan
- Monthly social media indicators report
- Communication Plan implementation report, updated media database, digital backups of all collected materials, and all communication products produced.
