In Lomé, Insuco launched its 15th anniversary celebrations surrounded by partners and friends

Jun 2026 | On the front page

Founded in 2011 in Guinea, Insuco is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year. Fifteen years of inspiring projects, expansion into new territories, and discoveries of diverse cultures across Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, but above all fifteen years of a human adventure that has remained faithful to the convictions on which it was founded.

It was therefore only natural that our celebrations began in Africa. More specifically, in Lomé (Togo), at the Paul Ahyi Museum, a place whose values resonate strongly with our own: local roots, culture, knowledge transmission and openness to the world.

Nearly 150 partners and friends of the Group joined us to share this first anniversary evening. The programme included heartfelt speeches, reunions between colleagues from across Africa, and a rich immersion in Togolese culture through the traditional dances and songs performed by the Acudamupa company.

On this occasion, Pascal Rey Phd., Founder and CEO of Insuco, reflected on the Group’s journey and values:

“It was a tremendous source of pride for me to celebrate our 15th anniversary in Lomé, surrounded by so many friends and partners.

What a journey it has been since 2011, when I opened our first office in Conakry on my own to support one of West Africa’s largest mining and infrastructure projects.

Today, we employ close to 200 staff members and work with around 400 contractors on average across our projects. We operate from 16 offices in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, with assignments in nearly 100 countries.

Behind every colleague, every office, every territory and the more than 1,050 projects we have delivered to date lies a shared conviction: social issues and territories must be placed at the heart of decision-making.

We believe that social sciences can transform economic development projects into genuine human development projects.”

The celebrations will continue throughout the year across all our offices worldwide. Next stop: Santo Domingo, in early July.
