Mission:
In 2023, INSUCO developed the Environmental and Social Management Framework and the Resettlement Action (RAP) for an investment program of the Municipal Drinking Water and Sewerage Company of Guayaquil (EMAPAG E.P.) under financing from AFD and AECID. Due to changes within the institution (EMAPAG) and the municipality of Guayaquil, the program’s basket of projects was modified, as well as the eligibility criteria for projects to the AFD-AECID program. For the final approval of AFD financing for EMAPAG projects in the first half of 2024, and Insuco is in charge of the update the MGAS and MRI, based on AFD’s updated eligibility criteria.
