Mission:
Insuco was responsible for identifying problems in the provision of economic and social inclusion services aimed at the indigenous population, provided within the framework of the Social Protection Network Project. This was achieved by collecting qualitative information from semi-structured interviews, focus groups and workshops with experts; both at the institutional level and at the user level. Based on this, lines of action were defined to improve these services; and a management model was proposed for the effective implementation of the proposed lines.
