Systematisation of lessons learned from the implementation of the Corporate Territorial Responsibility (RTE) approach and establishment of methodological bases for new social innovations in relation to the energy transition for the Ford Foundation.
Mission:
Since June 2018, the Ford Foundation supported the Ford Foundation in the consolidation of the Corporate Territorial Responsibility (RTE) approach in Ecuador, Colombia and Peru. This project aimed to consolidate the lessons learned in the implementation of the Corporate Territorial Responsibility approach and to establish the methodological basis for new social innovations in relation to the energy transition. Insuco worked on two axes, centred on the strategy of Strengthening Positive Narratives, which belongs to Natural Resources and Climate Change of the Ford Foundation : systematisation of lessons learned and creation of a territorial planning strategy for equitable benefit sharing.
Results:
Insuco implemented the following activities:
- Design of the digital space and communicational content, conducting and editing interviews and mass dissemination of information.
- Review of references, construction of the prioritisation matrix, mapping of actors and semi-structured interviews in La Guajira and Cesar, Colombia and adaptation of the Observatory based on fieldwork.
Insuco delivered the following products to the client:
- Videos, photographs, audios and texts.
- Entry strategy for the Observatory of Territorial Transformations in the territory.
