Mission:

The objective of the mission is to conduct a comprehensive review of the project’s environmental and social aspects through missions in Egypt, both on the project site and at ENR offices, every six (6) months, starting six months after the beginning of the construction phase, for an initial period of two (2) years.

Results:

Insuco implements the following activities:

Phase 1: Launch

Phase 2: Biannual monitoring mission

  • Site visits

  • Meetings with local authorities and administration, focus group discussions with communities

  • Monitoring the implementation of the RAP

  • Data collection and spot checks

  • Production of the monitoring mission report (overview of ESAP, ESMP, and RAP actions, EHES management, etc.)

Phase 3: Compliance certification
