As part of a feasibility study for the development of a large-scale industrial project, Insuco was asked to carry out a baseline socio-environmental study, as well as to identify stakeholders and develop the associated engagement plan.
Résultat :
The client received a set of decision-making tools based on a thorough understanding of the social issues and dynamics of the territory:
- A summary of laws and standards in force at the national and international level
- A stakeholder mapping, along with the associated engagement plan
- A baseline social study in the project’s area of influence
- A baseline environmental study in the project’s area of influence
