El barrio de B\u00e2che \u00e0 Eau, en Balbala, fue uno de los barrios seleccionados para beneficiarse de un plan de reestructuraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En este contexto, Insuco, Urbaconsulting e Hydroconseil fueron contratados para realizar el estudio de viabilidad de la reestructuraci\u00f3n del barrio de B\u00e2che \u00e0 Eau. Insuco se encarg\u00f3 de realizar un estudio social de referencia teniendo en cuenta 2.000 hogares, junto con un top\u00f3grafo para cartografiar el distrito y relacionar los datos de las parcelas y las encuestas. Adem\u00e1s, Insuco ha llevado a cabo un plan de inversiones prioritarias basado en los diferentes escenarios seleccionados para la reestructuraci\u00f3n.
