header_2_font_size_last_edited=\u00bbon|phone\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019h\u00f4tel Noom, appartenant \u00e0 la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 CHC, filiale du Groupe Mangalis, a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit en 2015 dans la Commune de Kaloum, \u00e0 Conakry, sur un terrain dont la partie Nord est occup\u00e9e par des m\u00e9nages et des activit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques (p\u00eache, fumage de poissons, etc.). Aucun processus de r\u00e9installation n\u2019avait \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9vu au moment de l\u2019acquisition, le terrain \u00e9tant cens\u00e9 \u00eatre inoccup\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>En 2016, Proparco avait fait appel \u00e0 Insuco pour appuyer le projet dans le processus de r\u00e9installation au travers de la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une \u00e9tude, qui ne devait pas \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque \u00eatre conforme \u00e0 la Norme de Performance 5 (NP5) de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Financi\u00e8re Internationale (SFI). Suite \u00e0 un audit, des informations compl\u00e9mentaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 collecter afin de pouvoir mettre en application la NP5 de la SFI et proposer une feuille de route d\u00e9taill\u00e9e pour l\u2019\u00e9ventuelle mise en \u0153uvre dans le futur d\u2019un processus de compensation et de d\u00e9placement des populations.
