header_2_font_size_last_edited=\u00bbon|phone\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>Le projet a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, \u00e0 travers des enqu\u00eates fonci\u00e8res et domaniales dans toutes les Pr\u00e9fectures de Guin\u00e9e et dans les cinq communes de Conakry, un \u00e9tat des lieux de la situation fonci\u00e8re en Guin\u00e9e tout en identifiant les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s locales. L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait double : \u00e0 la fois \u00e9valuer les niveaux de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration des syst\u00e8mes fonciers relevant du droit moderne et du droit coutumier en milieu urbain et en milieu rural, et identifier les principaux probl\u00e8mes et enjeux de la gouvernance fonci\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle locale.<\/p>\n<p>Ces enqu\u00eates fonci\u00e8res et domaniales ont eu pour objectif d\u2019appuyer la r\u00e9alisation du Cadre d\u2019Analyse de la Gouvernance Fonci\u00e8re en Guin\u00e9e.
