header_2_text_color=\u00bb#00818b\u00bb header_2_font_size=\u00bb55px\u00bb custom_padding=\u00bb0px|||||\u00bb z_index_tablet=\u00bb500&#8243; header_2_font_size_phone=\u00bb40px\u00bb header_2_font_size_last_edited=\u00bbon|phone\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>Mi\u00e9rcoles 23 de septiembre, 2020, m\u00e1s de 80 empresas y gremios del sector minero colombiano acompa\u00f1aron a Insuco y a su aliado CoreWoman* en la socializaci\u00f3n del Proyecto de <strong>Implementaci\u00f3n de los Lineamientos de equidad de g\u00e9nero del Ministerio de Minas y Energ\u00eda (MME)<\/strong>, con apoyo del\u00a0Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID).<\/p>\n<p>Este Proyecto se compone de las siguientes actividades principales:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La conformaci\u00f3n de un grupo consultivo de car\u00e1cter p\u00fablico-privado para avanzar en la implementaci\u00f3n de los Lineamientos\u00a0(conformado por 30 empresas), establecer metas sectoriales y compartir buenas pr\u00e1cticas y lecciones aprendidas, denominado:\u00a0<em>Energ\u00eda que transforma: Alianza minero energ\u00e9tica para la equidad de g\u00e9nero<\/em>;<\/li>\n<li>La elaboraci\u00f3n de una l\u00ednea de base para el sector minero-energ\u00e9tico;<\/li>\n<li>El apoyo a cinco organizaciones (3 empresas y 2 gremios) en la elaboraci\u00f3n e implementaci\u00f3n de sus Planes de Acci\u00f3n de G\u00e9nero;<\/li>\n<li>La realizaci\u00f3n de webinarios de formaci\u00f3n tem\u00e1tica sobre los 4 ejes de los Lineamientos;<\/li>\n<li>La organizaci\u00f3n de un evento de premiaci\u00f3n a las mejores pr\u00e1cticas del sector en materia de equidad de g\u00e9nero (Experiencias Significativas 2020 \u2013 Categor\u00eda G\u00e9nero) y la visibilizaci\u00f3n de casos de estudio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>#SaveTheDate<\/strong> El lunes 28 de septiembre estaremos conversando con las empresas y gremios del sector energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Consultar los Lineamientos de equidad de g\u00e9nero del MME, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minenergia.gov.co\/documents\/10192\/24180065\/Lineamientos-de-pol%C3%ADtica-p%C3%BAblica-con-enfoque-de-g%C3%A9nero-del-sector-minero-energ%C3%A9tico.pdf\">ac\u00e1<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>*CoreWoman es un laboratorio de innovaci\u00f3n para el empoderamiento de la mujer, que trabaja con el objetivo de cerrar las brechas de g\u00e9nero en la educaci\u00f3n y en el mercado laboral.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row use_custom_gutter=\u00bbon\u00bb gutter_width=\u00bb2&#8243; Vivo Cuenca est une ONG financ\u00e9e par diff\u00e9rentes entreprises publiques dans les secteurs de l\u2019eau, de l\u2019\u00e9nergie et de la gestion des d\u00e9chets, qui a pour objectif de promouvoir la conservation et gestion durable du bassin versant du R\u00edo Chinchin\u00e1 \u00e0 travers une approche territoriale.\r\n\r\nLa formation \u00e9tait destin\u00e9e aux diff\u00e9rentes entit\u00e9s publiques, entreprises priv\u00e9es et communaut\u00e9s impliqu\u00e9es dans la gestion du R\u00edo Chinchin\u00e1, et s\u2019est centr\u00e9e sur le sujet de la valorisation du patrimoine bioculturel pour soutenir le d\u00e9veloppement territorial.
