As part of the implementation of the project “Un logement digne pour toutes et tous! (LD2T) – Improving housing conditions and mobilizing citizens in the slums of Antananarivo, Madagascar\u201d <\/em>financed by the French Development Agency (AFD)<\/strong> and the Abb\u00e9 Pierre foundation (FAP)<\/strong> and implemented by the Association Fonenana Mendrika (AFM)<\/strong>, Cota asked Insuco to support the project in the second financing phase (13 months).<\/p>\n

Working directly with AFM<\/strong> and its 9 partners, Insuco<\/strong> supported the consolidation of the project’s monitoring and evaluation tools, as well as the strategy for operationalizing its activities. Insuco<\/strong> also advised AFM<\/strong> on the drafting of strategic documents (advocacy documents and technical and financial reports).<\/p>\n
