The main objective of the consultation was to assess the organizational due diligence processes of organizations under the Business Case initiative to design a protocol to ensure environmental and social sustainability.
<\/span>This main objective will be developed through the following goals:
<\/span>. Evaluation of RainForest Alliance (RA) partners\u2019 organizational due diligence processes to ensure compliance with RA\u2019s environmental and social sustainability policies, standards and criteria.
<\/span>. Assessment of due diligence processes of all organizations, including RA, Conservation International (CI) and CDP, to identify potential deviations from USAID standards environmental and social impacts.
<\/span>. Development of a standard protocol for Business Case partners that can establish the level of risk posed by potential external partnerships, including the types of interactions that individual partners (RA, CI, CDP) will have with external parties.
<\/span>. Generate a process of socialization of the guidelines and results defined in the coaching for the appropriation of the various members of the AR and their partners.<\/span><\/p>\n
