The dialogue process has been present in the territory since 2016 and has become a space of convergence of multiple actors where priorities are addressed to promote consensual planning on sustainable territorial development. The process has managed to align with the priorities of the citizenry, in order to respond to emerging issues and, at the same time, consolidate long-term development.<\/p>\n

Since 2020, the local government has been a leading facilitator of the process, as part of the institution in the territory of the process. During 2022, Insuco’s intervention seeks to strengthen the successful transfer of the dialogue management model to the Autonomous Decentralized Parochial Government of Los Encuentros (GADPRLE), consolidate the sustainability of the multi-stakeholder dialogue process, and the analysis of the Territorial Transformations through the continuity of the Territorial Transformations Observatory.<\/p>\n

The framework activities were:<\/p>\n

– Advise on the restructuring of the Working Tables (MT) and accompany them in their consolidation (themes, agendas and goals).<\/p>\n

– Strengthen capacities of local authorities in facilitation and leadership of dialogue processes.<\/p>\n

– Accompany and monitor the MT process.<\/p>\n

– Define a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) process for the MTs and the GADPRLE transition process.<\/p>\n

– Conduct a series of participatory evaluations for the continuous improvement of the multi-stakeholder dialogue process.<\/p>\n

– Develop a strategy to strengthen the process in a pre-electoral context.<\/p>\n

– Update and strengthen the indicator bases of the Territorial Transformations Observatory.<\/p>\n

– Design and implement a mobilizing communication strategy for social networks and traditional media to strengthen the dialogue process and increase the scope of dissemination of its results to different groups of inhabitants of the sector.<\/p>\n
