custom_padding=&#8221;|||||&#8221; header_2_font_size_tablet=&#8221;&#8221; header_2_font_size_phone=&#8221;&#8221; header_2_font_size_last_edited=&#8221;on|phone&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Insuco a organis\u00e9 un atelier sur l&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 et l&#8217;\u00e9quit\u00e9 entre les sexes, auquel ont particip\u00e9 une soixantaine de repr\u00e9sentants du secteur (entrepreneurs et professionnels des districts HVAC\/R et thermique).<\/p>\n<p>This training provided awareness of gender issues, through which people were able to understand key concepts, grasp at the organizational level the gender inequalities that affect women and men, evaluate the organizational development process with a gender approach and generate proposals to further activate their gender equality programs in the companies in which they work.<\/p>\n<p>The methodology of this space was developed in two stages: The first aimed to understand, at a social and very everyday level, how gender equality is perceived, to clarify the key concepts and the role of men in this process (new masculinities).
