After elaborating the Resettlement Action Plan (RAP), including Livelihood Restoration Plans (PRMS), two solar power plants in Doublegou (Souri) and Tenkodogo (Zano) In Burkina Faso, Insuco was asked by Qair to assist them in their implementation.<\/p>\n

o necessary to manage the mission (dashboards, reports, etc.) and prepared as part of the preparatory mission;<\/p>\n

o monitoring and implementation of the deployment activities of the various plans.<\/p>\n

  • Minutes of all meetings or meetings held throughout the mandate, including quarterly follow-up meetings;<\/li>\n
  • Reports at each end of the on-site mission to inform on the progress of the projects, the difficulties encountered, to make recommendations on future actions to be carried out;<\/li>\n
  • Proofreading of the Community Relations Officer\u2019s activity reports at the end of each month on the basis of pre-established frameworks to ensure compliance – for the first year only;<\/li>\n
  • Performance activity reports provided quarterly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
