The Multisectoral Support Program for the Mastery and Dissemination of French 2020 – 2021 had a double objective: to improve the quality of French education and to create a favourable context for the development of reading among youth. This program was supported and implemented by the French Embassy in Guinea and Sierra Leone, more specifically by the SCAC section, through a Solidarity Fund for Innovative Projects (FSPI).<\/p>\n

The program was launched in September 2020, suffered the health crisis related to Covid-19 and then the overthrow of government power of September 5, 2021. Although there were delays, many activities were carried out and the French Embassy, through the SCAC, wanted to conduct an external evaluation through the Insuco mandate.<\/p>\n
