in order to progressively rehabilitate all the precarious neighbourhoods and allow their inhabitants to have access to land security, decent housing and quality public space. The B\u00e2che \u00e0 Eau neighbourhood in Balbala was one of the neighbourhoods selected to benefit from a restructuring plan.<\/p>\n<p>It is in this context that Insuco, Urbaconsulting and Hydroconseil were retained to carry out the feasibility study for the restructuring of the B\u00e2che \u00e0 Eau neighbourhood. Insuco was responsible for carrying out a social baseline study considering 2,000 households, in conjunction with a topographer to map the district and link the parcel data and surveys. Insuco also carried out a priority investment plan based on the different scenarios selected for the restructuring.
