Palmis Mikwofinans Sosyal (PMS) is a Haitian microfinance structure, offering a varied range of microcredit to particularly vulnerable micro-entrepreneurial partners in several regions of Haiti. The particularity of PMS is to associate to this offer of credits, financial and social trainings in order to accompany the partners and their families.<\/p>\n

The project, which is subject to an external evaluation by Insuco, has been implemented for three years, since 2018, thanks to funding from the French Development Agency (AFD). The objective of this evaluation was to identify, from the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, the economic and social benefits of the project, based on criteria of impacts, effects and sustainability for the micro-entrepreneur partners.<\/p>\n
