custom_padding=&#8221;|||||&#8221; header_2_font_size_last_edited=&#8221;on|phone&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>With the support of the Ford Foundation, set up an Observatory of Territorial Transformations (OTT) in Buritic\u00e1 to identify, analyze and socialize the changes taking place in the territory within the framework of the &#8220;Buritic\u00e1 Project&#8221; of the mining company Zijin Continental Gold, with the aim that this OTT becomes, on the one hand, a decision-making support tool for social management and, on the other hand, for it to allow the facilitation of spaces for collective action with various territorial and extraterritorial actors.<\/p>\n<p>The project aims to achieve the following specific objectives:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Articulate the OTT-Buritic\u00e1 with the Vision 2040, the Buritic\u00e1 Plan, the Development Plan 2020-2023 and other initiatives of strategic municipalities in need of quality information and technical support linked to information management;<\/li>\n<li>Innovate in terms of themes and approaches, in order identify new challenges and opportunities both for the territory (through, for instance the elaboration of indicators linked to the health emergency or gender equality issues), and for the OTT-Buritic\u00e1 (after the realization of a survey on perceptions);<\/li>\n<li>Develop a roadmap based on the Identified Territorial Transformations that respond to the interests and priorities of different groups of key social actors of the territory;<\/li>\n<li>Design an internal M&amp;E system for the OTT-Buritic\u00e1 and an external one on the existing Multi-Actor Dialogue Spaces at a territorial level, which allows the continuous improvement of the ongoing processes (for example, Plan Buritic\u00e1);<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the position and communication strategy of the OTT-Buritic\u00e1 through the implementation of strategic activities, such as the publication of an academic article or the use of Bor\u00e9alis as an information management system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;ResultatTitre2 EN&#8221;
