Mission:<\/h3>\n

Hoa Binh is the second largest hydropower project in Vietnam and one of the largest hydropower projects in Southeast Asia. In 2018, the government of Vietnam approved the extension of Hoa Binh Hydropower Plant. Two Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA) have already been conducted by local consulting firms. While these studies comply with national laws, they do not meet the requirements of international standards. Insuco has been mandated by the AFD to upgrade existing and ongoing studies.<\/p>\n
