La mission a commenc\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00e9laboration du Plan d\u2019Engagement des Parties Prenantes (PEPP), dont le but \u00e9tait d\u2019identifier les parties prenantes du projet et d\u2019estimer leur influence, d\u2019analyser leurs craintes et attentes, ainsi que de d\u00e9finir une strat\u00e9gie de communication et consultation de toutes les parties prenantes. A la suite du PEPP, une Etude d\u2019Impact Social (EIS) a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 conduite pour \u00e9tablir le Plan de Gestion Environnemental et Social (PGES) du projet.<\/p>\n
