L\u2019organisation \u00e0 but non lucratif International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD) a \u00e9t\u00e9 mandat\u00e9e par la Banque Mondiale pour apporter un appui au secteur de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 guin\u00e9en, notamment en essayant de viabiliser commercialement EDG (Electricit\u00e9 De Guin\u00e9e) par la d\u00e9finition de strat\u00e9gies de communication permettant de faire conna\u00eetre aux consommateurs les difficult\u00e9s structurelles de l\u2019entreprise et d\u2019engager avec eux un processus de concertation permettant l\u2019\u00e9change d\u2019opinions et la compr\u00e9hension des contraintes de chacun.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est dans ce cadre qu\u2019Insuco a \u00e9t\u00e9 mandat\u00e9 pour conduire une \u00e9tude qualitative sur les r\u00e9formes du secteur de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 en Guin\u00e9e, dans le Quartier de Lambandji \u00e0 Conakry.<\/p>\n

  • R\u00e9vision des questionnaires d\u2019enqu\u00eates en vue de les adapter au contexte guin\u00e9en<\/li>\n
  • Organisation et conduite de 2 focus groups ayant pour but d\u2019appr\u00e9hender (i) le niveau de connaissance, (ii) les pratiques en mati\u00e8re de consommation et de paiement, et (iii) les postures et les responsabilit\u00e9s des citoyens concernant le secteur \u00e9lectrique, afin notamment de comprendre leurs attentes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Insuco a remis les livrables suivants :<\/p>\n
