Le projet a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser un guide pratique \u00ab Mines & Communaut\u00e9s \u00bb visant \u00e0 promouvoir le d\u00e9veloppement ax\u00e9 sur les droits de l\u2019Homme dans le contexte de l\u2019exploitation mini\u00e8re industrielle en Guin\u00e9e. Le guide devait permettre d\u2019\u00e9tablir une compr\u00e9hension claire des droits et obligations des populations locales, des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s mini\u00e8res et des acteurs \u00e9tatiques dans le cadre de l\u2019exploitation mini\u00e8re industrielle. Il devait \u00e9galement proposer des strat\u00e9gies et des outils pouvant favoriser la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019espaces pour la n\u00e9gociation et le compromis.<\/p>\n

Ce projet s\u2019est inscrit dans le cadre de la mission de ABA ROLI pour le renforcement de l\u2019Etat de droit en R\u00e9publique de Guin\u00e9e, l\u2019accroissement de l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la justice pour les populations marginalis\u00e9es, le renforcement des syst\u00e8mes judiciaires et la promotion des droits de l\u2018Homme.<\/p>\n
