After several years of exploitation in the context of a mining project, the client was encountering difficulties in its relations with the local communities. A crisis situation has arisen. Insuco\u2019s mission was to describe the ins and outs of this situation in order to identify the levers and mechanisms that could be implemented to get out of the crisis.<\/p>\n

Insuco provided the client with a report based on a socio-anthropological survey about the characteristics of the local society and the history of its relationship with the mining company. The report contains an update of the client\u2019s Stakeholders Mapping, a description of all the explanatory elements of the crisis and a strategy to resolve it.<\/p>\n
