Following a stakeholder study in the context of a crisis situation, Insuco has been responsible for implementing the crisis exit strategy by working with the administration, the municipality, the local authorities, the various social groups involved, the ministry of mines and the locality citizens.<\/p>\n

Insuco implemented a consultation process at the different levels of the locality governance and with the different social groups that compose it. This mission resulted in the creation of a framework agreement between the communities and the mine, containing the set of principles and reciprocal commitments that will guide their future relations. An independent monitoring committee supervised the implementation of this agreement.<\/p>\n
