La compagnie mini\u00e8re de l\u2019Ogoou\u00e9, promoteur du projet d\u2019exploitation de mangan\u00e8se au Gabon, pr\u00e9voit une augmentation de sa capacit\u00e9 de production via une exploitation orient\u00e9e dans les bordures du plateau Bangomb\u00e9 (projet minier de Bangomb\u00e9) et le lancement de l\u2019exploitation du plateau Okouma (projet Comilog 2020). Un \u00e9tat des lieux des processus de r\u00e9installation et de compensation men\u00e9s jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent par Comilog et une analyse des \u00e9carts avec les normes internationales de performance sociale recommandent vivement la mise \u00e0 jour des inventaires sur les bordures du plateau Bangomb\u00e9 et sur le plateau Okouma.
Insuco a ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 mandat\u00e9 pour r\u00e9aliser ces inventaires et identifier toutes les Personnes Affect\u00e9es par les deux Projets miniers (PAP), quantifier et g\u00e9o-r\u00e9f\u00e9rencer les pertes li\u00e9es aux projets et d\u00e9terminer les conditions de vie actuelles de ces PAP. Un syst\u00e8me de gestion des donn\u00e9es sociales (Sycosur) adapt\u00e9 aux besoins, aux comp\u00e9tences internes et aux capacit\u00e9s mat\u00e9rielles du projet Comilog Moanda a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par Insuco.<\/p>\n
