the 2023, ee organized a technical seminar<\/strong> in Madagascar with Insuco<\/strong> offices in Africa and Asia. It was a strategic week to support the Group’s growth<\/strong>, in line with our permanent path of optimizing Insuco<\/strong>‘s added value to the world of social sciences<\/strong>.<\/p>\n We organized several brainstorming sessions and workshops so we can, together, build the ideas and tools<\/strong> that enable us to improve our work.<\/p>\n The seminar began with a 2022 Review<\/strong> and a reminder of Insuco’s vision for 2025<\/strong>, in order to define the Group’s strategic lines of development<\/strong> and its areas of innovation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n We held several workshops on the sizing of rural and urban RAPs<\/strong> and ESIAs<\/strong>, on operational notes<\/strong>, communication, methodologies<\/strong>, data collection<\/strong>, collaboration with our experts and partners<\/strong>, and training on GDPR standards<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Moreover, we embarked on a wide-ranging process of innovative thinking<\/strong> around new services<\/strong> to be developed within Insuco<\/strong>, putting the territory and people at the heart of the studies, and supporting local development in the context of climate change.<\/p>\n Insuco<\/strong>‘s technical teams in Africa, Asia and Haiti, worked together to develop the group’s methodology and tools during this intense week of joint reflection.
