There is no single formula for moving towards an organizational culture of inclusion, diversity and gender equity. However, it is possible to identify some enabling factors, such as top management commitment and a vision of process rather than immediate results. Massimiliano Calamea, Patricia Lagos and Iliana Rodriguez will tell us tomorrow about their experience in promoting female leadership in the mining-energy sector and will share with the participants the reasons why it is worth betting on gender equity.<\/p>\n
