These activities were aimed at strengthening good community relations and complementarily activating the initial exploration stage of the project, in charge of the company Cerro Yatsur \u2013 BHP.<\/p>\n<p>The technical assistance in social management implemented by Insuco, allowed to obtain the following results:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Development of the Social Baseline Study, with the construction of indicators for follow-up and monitoring of social management contextualized to the challenges and opportunities of the socioeconomic and cultural dynamics of the territory;<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of the Working Groups mechanism, as a legitimate space for permanent multi-stakeholder dialogue between the community, the company, and other stakeholders with a presence in the territory. This space, facilitated by Insuco, has made it possible to generate consensus and resolve conflicts in the treatment of issues relevant to social management;<\/li>\n<li>Consolidation of a community oversight commission, nominated by the Community Assembly, as an instance of accompaniment, advocacy, and socialization of actions in compliance with the commitments generated in the Working Groups;<\/li>\n<li>Design and implementation of the Program for the Management of Prevention of Infectious and Contagious Diseases with special attention to COVID-19 and Communication Plan for indigenous populations;<\/li>\n<li>Facilitation of the design and implementation of community development projects, agreed upon in a participatory manner and aimed at benefiting the community and families. The social investment made by the Cerro Yatsur &#8211; BHP company also included community and family investments, as a counterpart. Vivo Cuenca est une ONG financ\u00e9e par diff\u00e9rentes entreprises publiques dans les secteurs de l\u2019eau, de l\u2019\u00e9nergie et de la gestion des d\u00e9chets, qui a pour objectif de promouvoir la conservation et gestion durable du bassin versant du R\u00edo Chinchin\u00e1 \u00e0 travers une approche territoriale.\r\n\r\nLa formation \u00e9tait destin\u00e9e aux diff\u00e9rentes entit\u00e9s publiques, entreprises priv\u00e9es et communaut\u00e9s impliqu\u00e9es dans la gestion du R\u00edo Chinchin\u00e1, et s\u2019est centr\u00e9e sur le sujet de la valorisation du patrimoine bioculturel pour soutenir le d\u00e9veloppement territorial.
