Patricio Carvallo (Insuco Country Director for Ecuador) participated from 27 to 28 April 2018 in the III World Summit of Regions on Food Security and Sovereignty – Zero Hunger, in Cuenca, Ecuador. This Summit evidenced, among others, the importance of territorial planning and of valorising cultural identity to foster local development and support food security, elements that Insuco and its partners consider as keystones in their interventions.<\/p>\n
