We have developed innovative approaches to participate in our clients\u2019 monitoring and evaluation processes, which apply to both private initiatives, public projects and cooperation programmes. These approaches place stakeholders, both internal and external, at the centre of the system, in order to integrate their perceptions into the evaluation of the project\u2019s risks, means, implementation, results and impacts. <\/p>\n

We develop methodologies combining quantitative and qualitative approaches, allowing us to generate in a short time relevant data for our clients and detailed analyses of dynamics and perceptions at the level of the study area. We offer both operational mechanisms, for the sake of autonomy of our customers, and technical support for their implementation or their direct implementation by us. <\/p>\n
