We provide on-going support to our clients in the monitoring and evaluation of their operations, whether they are private projects, public projects or cooperation programmes, regarding the resources, implementation, results and impacts on the territory. This monitoring and evaluation is thus as well oriented towards the beneficiaries of the project (impact of the project on the populations), as towards project performances (internal indicators of the client). <\/p>\n

We build long-term methodologies, combining quantitative and qualitative approaches, in order to generate relevant statistics for our clients and to take into consideration the representations and perceptions of different stakeholders. We promote participation, communication and transparency, which are all assets to ensure the sustainability of the project. <\/p>\n

We produce operational tools, such as monitoring and evaluation plans, indicator dashboards and databases, designed to allow our customers to be self-reliant rapidly. Depending on their needs, we also provide technical support for the implementation of these mechanisms or operate them directly, to ensure the production of reliable and relevant data over time. <\/p>\n
