Our studies identify the risks and opportunities associated with a project, to better prevent or mitigate negative impacts, while maximising positive impacts. We consider these processes throughout the life of the project or programme, from its initial stages (exploration and pre-feasibility phases of the project, design of a development programme, etc.) to the closure phase or cessation of activities. <\/p>\n

We adopt participatory approaches, allowing us to build operational instruments (social management plan, community investment strategy\u2026), as well as adapted monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. We consider these tools in such a way as to switch from a transactional and bilateral logic, where our clients are often placed at the centre of all expectations related to the territory, to a transformational and multi-stakeholder logic, where the various stakeholders share responsibilities. <\/p>\n

The objective is thus to reduce the territory\u2019s long-term dependence on the company or programme concerned, and to favour the diversification of the local economy and sources of financing.<\/p>\n
