We provide on-going support to our clients to identify and mobilise all stakeholders involved in their project, and thus establish its social legitimacy. We favour participatory approaches from the initial stages of this process, allowing the development of operational tools and sustainable solutions (Stakeholder Engagement Plan, stakeholder mapping, etc.), based on strong local anchoring. <\/p>\n

We analyse the interests, fears, motivations and expectations of the different actors (individuals, groups, institutions), in order to build adapted communication, participation and\/or co-construction mechanisms, and support our clients in their implementation and monitoring. We envisage these tools in an evolutionary way, as essential governance instruments, favouring the prevention of tensions and conflicts and collaboration, in a climate of mutual respect and transparency. <\/p>\n
