MISSION
Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will help to make finance an essential, relevant, and reliable tool for facilitating trade-offs, business and strategic decision-making.
Your main task will be to ensure the quality and consistency of the financial information produced by the Group’s subsidiaries.
As such, you will be mainly responsible for:
- Coordinating and supervising monthly reporting for the whole Group (around 15 legal entities on 3 continents) in accordance with the closing calendar.
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring management tools and indicators.
- Analyzing the profitability of projects.
- Managing the budget process and forecasts.
LOCATION
The position is based in one of our offices in Africa or South America-Caribbean, with the possibility of travel within and outside the country.
ROLE AND ACTIVITIES
Monthly reporting
- Coordinate and lead the monthly closing process for the various subsidiaries, ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Collect, analyze, and validate reports from subsidiaries.
- Gap analysis of subsidiaries’ performance and key KPIs.
- Monitor profitability.
- Analysis of consolidated payroll.
- Prepare dashboards and monthly financial reports.
Monitoring project profitability and commercial performance
- Coordinate with the various finance managers the analysis of the financial performance of projects.
- Implementation of optimization tools and procedures for margin management.
- Collect and analyze sales activity indicators.
- Preparation of the monthly sales performance analysis dashboard.
Budget et Forecasts
- Drawing up and steering the budget process and forecasts.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize budget data from the various subsidiaries.
Other activities
- Carrying out ad-hoc financial analyses.
- Participate in the implementation of a new ERP.
- Participate in all Finance business projects (accounting procedures manual, new tools, etc.).
REQUIRED PROFILE
Training
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in management control. Ideally from a business school.
Experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in international organizations.
Skills
- Excellent knowledge of finance (P&L, balance sheet and cash flow) and management control.
- Fluent English essential.
- Spanish a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills essential (advanced formulas, DCT, etc.).

CONDITIONS
- Full-time position in one of the Group’s offices (Africa or South America-Caribbean) with the possibility of travel within and outside the country.
