In the context of the rehabilitation of the National Road n°1, performed by the Ministry of Public Works, Transport and Communications and funded by the Interamerican Development Bank (IDB), Insuco was solicited in order to conduct a systematic analysis regarding Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) implementation on the sections that already had been processed, propose optimised protocols and follow-up tools for future implementation on the remaining road sections and support the competent entities in RAP implementation.
The client received the following products:
- Systematic analysis reports regarding RAP implementation on the sections that had already been processed (in particular, results of more than 700 quantitative and qualitative surveys)
- Updated databases
- Roadmap regarding corrective actions and future actions to implement before continuing with RAP implementation
- Digital tools for data collection
- Turnkey tools for the follow-up and assessment of RAP implementation
