Strategic framework for managing social risk - Petrosud


To develop a strategic social risk management framework adapted to the social and institutional environment of two of the company’s operations and a manual for internal use that summarises the main principles of an effective social conflict prevention/management strategy.


The client received a set of decision-making tools based on knowledge of the relationship between the company and the local communities, in particular: a warning system and indicators for assessing the “social climate”, operational proposals to improve the grievance mechanism and a description of types of social conflict with guidelines on the steps to be followed and stakeholders to be mobilized depending on each scenario.
