Mission:
As part of a pre-feasibility study for the development of an industrial project: identify the main social risks associated with the project and draw up a social impact assessment, a plan to mitigate the negative impacts and proposals to encourage stakeholders’ engagement.
Results:
The client received a set of tools designed to help decision-making based on an understanding of the social issues in their area of influence, in particular:
- a detailed map of stakeholders
- an analysis of the perceptions of the latter regarding the project
- an analysis of the potential social impacts and main issues at stake
