Our mission consisted in analysing the RAP and ESIA documents, following three steps:
- Preliminary analysis aimed at highlighting key issues to determine data to be collected
- Interviews with the mine’s CSR Department members
- In-depth analysis on the basis of the collected information and comparison between standards, local social expectations and RAP and ESIA documents
Our client received a detailed quality assessment report including recommendations on RAP and ESIA combined in an action plan.
