Development of a recipe guide for school feeding in Djibouti - World Food Program (WFP)

Mission:

The mission consisted in creating a recipe guide to harmonise the meals distributed to children in Djibouti schools, which includes the standardisation of the meal basket contents but also standards of hygiene and nutritional needs. An inventory of the situation of school canteens, food habitus and recommendations in terms of hygiene and nutrition was consequently carried out, and a comprehensive guide achieved.
